Our teachers rely on information in the "Health Status" in order to provide the best yoga experience available to them. Mostly (although we are always encouraging it) students don't put anything here, or they input 'good'. Nearly always we find out about their limitations/injuries just as they come to class, so we don't then have the time to fill this information right then, and often forget after class. Is there a way we can prioritise new student sign ups to complete this? Here's some actual feedback from one of our teachers:
Is there some way for student medical history to be better prioritised during their account set up?
There is nothing in her profile, but that is quite normal.
It is VERY difficult to manage the diversity of our intro students when they reveal their issues on arrival, as apposed to prior to the class.
Is this something which PunchPass can assist with?
I don’t know what the usual workflow is, but the current process is makes it hard to be professional with such students.
And it is disappointing given the amount of time spent acquiring knowledge to handle such circumstances.
