We would like to be notified when a new member creates a Punchpass account. We use PP to schedule a wood shop. There are several safety related steps the new members must satisfy before their first class. We like to provide support for this period so the sooner we know of a new member the better we can support them. Thanks

It would be very helpful to receive an email notification when someone new creates an account. I am trying to get my offline clients to create an account and enable them as trusted customers, and since I don't know whether or when they have done it, I have to go checking quite a bit which is annoying...

I wish to offer new members a free pass and also an introductory chat. I would also like to set certain weeks of a class as not open for new members. A notification to me would certainly help and also perhaps a customisable message on the account set up page where we can notifiy them of special offers available and/or recommended dates or sessions to start off with.

Yes this is valuable while I’m running a Groupon and have to credit customers’ accounts wi to their passes after redeeming their Groupon voucher.
