Can we please customize when the 'pass ending soon' reminders are sent out? Ideally I'd like to send clients a reminder when they have 2 visits left and again when they have none. From experience, clients don't take any action when they have 2 left, forget all about the reminder, and then I have to manually send an email to let them know their pass is now all used up. If multiple reminders aren't possible, then I think 'all used up' would be more helpful than '2 visits left'.
I'd also love to have separate reminders for when a pass is about to expire, and when it's used up. We don't want clients getting expiry reminders (for punchcard types of passes) while the studio is closed, but if they're using existing passes for online classes we want them to know when they're full. And people don't read! :) When they see Pass Ending Soon they always think it means it expires, even when it was sent because the pass is almost used up and the body of the email says so - so it would be nice to make it clear right in the subject line: 'Pass is full'.
