More options for Pass Ending Soon notifications

Can we please customize when the 'pass ending soon' reminders are sent out? Ideally I'd like to send clients a reminder when they have 2 visits left and again when they have none. From experience, clients don't take any action when they have 2 left, forget all about the reminder, and then I have to manually send an email to let them know their pass is now all used up. If multiple reminders aren't possible, then I think 'all used up' would be more helpful than '2 visits left'.
I'd also love to have separate reminders for when a pass is about to expire, and when it's used up. We don't want clients getting expiry reminders (for punchcard types of passes) while the studio is closed, but if they're using existing passes for online classes we want them to know when they're full. And people don't read! :) When they see Pass Ending Soon they always think it means it expires, even when it was sent because the pass is almost used up and the body of the email says so - so it would be nice to make it clear right in the subject line: 'Pass is full'.

It would be great to. E able to customize the intervals at which customers receive notice of expiration email notices. For customers who have a lot of punches remaining on their cards, receiving notice that a pass is expiring in a week is really too late. I would prefer if my customers all received notice one month before their passes will expire to give them enough time to use their remaining punches.

I agree. I'd like to see one reminder 2 weeks before the expiration (1 week is often not long enough) and then another after they use their last pass with a link to the pass purchase page.

Agree! People don't always read, they have 2 left... they just panic when it says expired, even if there is no expiration date on the pass. Separate the two would be helpful .

I agree with this request. Many are confused with exp. notice vs 2 left. It would be great to have options as suggested above.

I would agree with this request and would like to add about being able to modify what the notice says. My customers are getting confused about expiration dates even though they aren't close to being expired.
