'Is this you?' to stop duplicate accounts based on mobile phone number

Can you add an 'Is this you?' option when students are trying to log in, create an account, or purchae a pass to stop so many duplicate accounts?
It seems everyone has a multitude of emails and so end up with multiple accounts, but most people only have one phone number. Can a phone number (or even a duplicate name) be used to weed out duplicate accounts before they are created? I am forever attending to duplicate accounts - merging them, transferring passes to the same students 'other' account, etc

Yes please. This would definitely minimise the multiple accounts by the same person! I am getting frustrated on having to merge accounts. Educating members doesn't work because some of them can't remember which email they used to sign up.

I am forever attending multiple accounts too. I also have this problem with students purchasing online (I use square) with one email but they are listed in Punchpass with a different email. Meaning I have to transfer the pass between the two accounts every single time the person purchases.

Yes, agreed. I spend too much time having to merge customer accounts (or missing for a while that someone has inadvertently set up two accounts (due to using alt emails), and then they get frustrated that their passes aren't showing etc etc. I vote this as a big bug. Needs a fix. Thanks

Yes yes yes! I have so many people who make dupes and then bug me to tell me that "their pass is missing" because they used a different email address.
