Can you add an 'Is this you?' option when students are trying to log in, create an account, or purchae a pass to stop so many duplicate accounts?
It seems everyone has a multitude of emails and so end up with multiple accounts, but most people only have one phone number. Can a phone number (or even a duplicate name) be used to weed out duplicate accounts before they are created? I am forever attending to duplicate accounts - merging them, transferring passes to the same students 'other' account, etc
