Allow clients to sign up for multiple classes on one page

Is this feature being considered? Every other program I have used allows the client to sign up for multiple classes at the same time. I'm tired of taking the time to create standing reservations and would prefer that the client do their own scheduling. But, everyone complains how time consuming it is.

My goal for choosing a software company to link everything up was to make it easy for the customer. Less steps the better. You never know when there is going to be some weird snafu with a computer linkup that will cause a customer to not be able to sign up then you lose them, poof!!! Especially now in the middle of the Pandemic. People have lots of options out there and if it means ease of usability on a sight then YES!! Absolutely I vote to have customers sign up for several classes at once.

YES! Agreed! I like to hold my members accountable so i need them to easily be able to book out their classes purchased ASAP and if they have to fill in the name email and number for each one, i feel like they think its best to just do it class by class.......its better for business if they can comit to using what they bought right away so you can gage your card sales per month. They will actually get used up and quicker!

Definitely would love this. Less clicks for customers the better

Yes, and allow multiple purchases-- so if they want to purchase three spots in a special class, they can.

I am in the midst of either upgrading in software with Punchpass or unfortunately finding al alternate provider for my software because of this issue. I know there have been a lot of recent upgrades... will this be one coming down the line anytime soon?

Yes we agree. I gave this feedback when we first starting using Punchpass and 6 months on, I would ask even more desperately that this be looked in to. Our clients have transitioned to an online booking system now but still complain that it is time consuming to book multiple classes - especially those that attend the same time and day each week consistently. PLEASE please let us know if this is a feature that will be available soon. Thank you!

Susanna: make sure you look into standing reservations. doesn't completely fix the problem but it does help a little

Julie Zoril: Thanks for the tip Julie, I found that feature to be useful, especially for our elderly clients who aren’t so good with computers. However, generally speaking we’d prefer clients make their own bookings!

Julie Zoril: Can the customer book their own standing reservation? That would be amazing actually...
Julie Zoril
Andrea: No. They are pretty easy to set up though. I just have them send me an email with their request.

Hi Barbi - thanks for the feedback! To clarify, if customer logins are enabled then customers can click once to reserve. But I think what you mean is the ability to check off multiple classes at once, and then reserve them.
It's something we have heard from other clients and we're considering. It doesn't fit well with how we currently have reservations structured, so it's a difficult change. Thanks!

Chris Patton: any word if this will be a feature? This may be the deal breaker for me..i have lots of clients who are not tech savvy and i need the bookings to be as easy as possible or i wont be able to afford this system.
Chris Patton
Andrea: Hi Andrea - it's something we are looking at closely, however it's a major change to how our registration process currently works. So it's not something easily added.
There is also the issue where a lot of people who want this feature ALSO want to prevent customers from booking more classes than they have purchased. That adds a layer of complexity that makes this a more difficult process to add.
