More fields would be great! I used to have addresses and birth dates in my old system, now I barely get their names. I would love to be able to identify the fields that are REQUIRED before finishing creating an account. For instance, emergency contact isn't required, but it would be great to have it. Once they've created their account, despite me asking, they never go back and fill in the rest of the info.

Would be very helpful for my business, too. Some students come once and then don’t come for months (in which time I’ve already forgotten what they look like). Would also be very helpful for staff that don’t have much direct contact with the students.

Also for classes - I have recurring workshops that have photos/images I've used across multiple platforms for marketing - makes finding what you are interested in faster as a customer.

Yes! So much easier to remember a name if you have a face to put to it!
